The staff provided excellent service. We had some food sensitivities and kids to accommodate, and they handled everything so smoothly. BRIE was awesome!!! Our wedding food was cooked to perfection with their staff finishing on-site. The service was very professional and friendly, they looked like they loved their job. Brian is the owner and responsible for sales and he responded immediately up to our wedding day and was there to make sure things went as planned. I would absolutely recommend Brie Cater! We used them for our December wedding at Lowertown Event Center and were thrilled with our experience with them. They were familiar with LEC as they have catered there many times, which was a relief that I didn't have to worry about them familiarizing themselves with the venue. Brian and Christina were so responsive and had wonderful customer service throughout my entire wedding planning process (which was a solid year and a half)! When we had the tasting with Brian, it made us even more excited to work with Brie! The food was delicious and the presentation was absolutely beautiful! I also loved how flexible he was with making changes to the food/presentation to make it coincide with my Winter wedding! The food at the wedding was just as good as in the tasting and all of our guests were raving on how delicious everything was (and how beautiful the plates were). The staff was amazing and so attentive to all my guests! The price worked well with my budget and the value that you get for what you pay is well worth it! Highly, highly recommend! We are so happy we hired Brie for our wedding - the entire team did such an amazing job! Brie Cater is amazing. My wife and I had another caterer for our wedding and they ended up not being able to do it. So we needed another caterer under short notice. Brie was more than happy to do it. Their attitude was genuine and kind. They could have easily asked for much more money since we were so close to our wedding date (5 days notice) but Brian, and his team, were only interested in making our event fantastic. This company’s goal is about making the event they cater successful and fun rather than just making money. They gave us great service, they understood the stressful situation we were in, and they were genuinely happy to help us. Not only were they kind to us and gave us great service, it was amazing food. Their tuxedo chicken is amazing! We only had positive comments from our guest, and we had a lot of comments on it! Brie Cater also made a separate dish for our gluten free guests. Our experience was wonderful and we are so thankful for their willingness to do our wedding. They would be my first recommendation for a caterer for their kindness, professionalism, and their fantastic food!

Our experience with Brie was fantastic all around! They catered our wedding which had about 200 guests. Brian helped us navigate the whole process, and his experience and passion made us feel extremely comfortable. Brie catering and their staff are some of the most generous and kind people we got to work with at our wedding! This past weekend, we hosted our groom's dinner in Brie catering's home base, Jameson Tavern, and reception at Semple mansion. Food and service were absolutely incredible - no one expects 100+ steaks to be cooked to perfection, unless Brian and Mollie have their hands on them! Would 100% recommend to any bride / groom or catered event. I would add a photo but our plates were miraculously empty!
